摘要
为探明甜菜碱(GB)对盐胁迫黄芩抗逆性的影响,以黄芩为对象,研究其在0.5%NaCl胁迫下叶面喷施、根施甜菜碱(0.200~0.800g/L)对黄芩幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量(Pro)、相对电导率等生理指标的影响。结果表明:施用GB能有效提高黄芩的抗逆性,其中以根施GB 0.600g/L的效果最好,能明显提高黄芩的POD、SOD酶活性、总叶绿素含量、Pro含量、可溶性蛋白含量,分别比0.5%NaCl对照高129.0 U/g、130.39 U/g、1.539倍、1.159倍和16mg/g;降低相对电导率和MDA含量,分别比对照下降1.139倍和1.742倍。根施GB 0.600g/L能明显缓解盐害,提高黄芩抗逆性。
The Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings were applied with betaine(GB)solution with different concentration(0.200~0.800g/L)by foliar application and root applying patterns under salt stress respectively to study the effects of GB on physiological indexes of SOD and POD activity,MDA,soluble protein and proline content and relative conductance of S.baicalensis under salt stress.Results:Applying GB can effectively improve stress resistance of S.baicalensis seedlings.The POD activity,SOD activity,total chlorophyll content,prolinfe and soluble protein content of S.baicalensis seedlings applied with0.600g/L GB by a root applying pattern are129.0U/g,130.39U/g,1.159times and16mg/g higher than CK(0.5%NaCl stress)respectively but its relative conductance and MDA content are1.139times and1.742times lower than CK(0.5%NaCl stress)separately.Applying0.600g/L GB by a root applying pattern can relieve salt damage obviously and improve stress resistance of S.baicalensis seedlings
