摘要
目的对血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症疗效及对患者肾功能的影响进行分析。方法将2015年4月~2016年4月尿毒症患者48例随机分两组,各24例。单一组单纯进行血液透析治疗,联合组则施行血液灌流联合血液透析治疗。比较两组患者尿毒症干预效果;甲状旁腺功能亢进发生率;治疗前和治疗后患者尿素氮、肌酐、血磷、甲状旁腺素的差异。结果联合组患者尿毒症干预效果高于单一组(P<0.05);联合组甲状旁腺功能亢进发生率低于单一组(P<0.05);治疗前两组尿素氮、肌酐、血磷、甲状旁腺素比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后联合组尿素氮、肌酐、血磷、甲状旁腺素改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症疗效确切,对患者肾功能的影响大,可有效提高疗效,减少并发症,改善肾功能,值得推广。
Objective The curative effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia and effect on renal function in patients were analyzed.Methods The April2015to April2016year in April48cases of uremic patients were randomly divided into two groups.One group were treated with hemodialysis treatment,combined group underwent hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment effects between the two.The intervention group of patients with uremia;incidence of hyperparathyroidism;before and after treatment in patients with blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone differences.Results The patients with uremia combined intervention group was higher than that of single group(P<0.05);the joint group for hyperparathyroidism The rate is lower than the single group(P<0.05);the two groups before treatment,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone had no significant difference;combined treatment group,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis the treatment of uremia efficacy and effect on renal function in patients,can effectively improve the curative effect,reduce complications,improve renal function,worthy of promotion.
