摘要
以山东大学中心校区运动场改造工程为研究对象,探讨了预制型橡胶跑道的铺贴方案。以刚性水泥混凝土作为田径场地跑道基础,在其上铺贴预制型橡胶卷材,关键是要保证聚氨酯胶黏结力的有效性和耐久性,以避免预制橡胶卷材产生气泡、裂缝和分层现象。以双组分聚氨酯胶作为跑道面层黏结剂,应充分考虑不同材料性质的差异和它们之间的化学作用;采取对混凝土基层进行打磨、酸洗、涂刷结合层等技术措施,对保证橡胶卷材的黏结力有效性和耐久性起到了关键作用。
Taking renovation project of Shandong Uiversity Central Campus Sports Ground as object of study,authors discussed the paving scheme for the prefabricated rubber sports track.Rigid concrete is designed as foundation of sports track,and the prefabricated rubber sheet is paved on it.Thus the key is to ensure the effectiveness and durability of polyurethane adhesive in order to avoid prefabricated rubber sheet producing bubbles,cracks and stratification phenomenon.Bonded two-component polyurethane is used as adhesive of surface layer of sports track.Engineers should fully take into account differences in different material propeties and chemical reaction between them.The technologies of grinding,picking,brushing binding layer on the concrete base play a key role to ensure effectivness and durability of cohesive force of the rubber membrane.
