摘要
该文针对以往大学生创新创业团队自主性差、组织松散、结构单一等缺点,提出从团队成员选拔、组织与分工、系统训练等方面进行优化的路径。经过近一年在测绘地理信息类专业的建设探索与实践,大学生创新创业团队的建设取得了初步成果,表明建设方法是有效的。
There were some shortcomings in previous innovative and entrepreneurial team for college students, such as poor autonomy, loose organization and single structure. This paper put forward the optimizing construction method on team members’ selection, organization and division, system training, and so on. After exploration and practice of construction on mapping and geographic Information majors for nearly one year, it had achieved preliminary results.That was showed the construction method was effective.
