摘要
目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的疗效及影响。方法选取2015年7月—2017年7月收治的94例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者,以随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各47例,对照组采用保守疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上实施PVP治疗,观察两组临床疗效和对骨保护素(OPG)、血清核因子(NF)-κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)的影响。结果治疗后治疗组OPG、RANKL水平明显较对照组低(P <0. 05);治疗组总有效率为97. 87%,明显较对照组85. 11%高(P <0. 05)。结论经皮椎体成形术可有效治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折,也能显著降低OPG、RANKL水平,促进骨愈合,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty （PVP） in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures. Methods 94 elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected. In accordance with the random number table, they were equally divided into a control group treated with conservative therapy and a treatment group treated with PVP based on the treatment of control group. The clinical efficacy and effects on osteoprotegerin （OPG） and serum nuclear factor （NF）-kappa B receptor activator ligand （RANKL） were observed and compared between the groups. Results After treatment, the levels of OPG and RANKL in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.87%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （85.11%, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty can treat osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures in the elderly effectively, lower the levels of OPG and RANKL significantly, and promote bone healing. It is worthy of wide application in clinic.
