摘要
针对带式输送机故障诊断问题,利用现代无损检测技术、变轨技术和物联网等技术,设计出一种基于轨道协同作业技术和模式识别相结合的智能诊断系统。该诊断系统利用主、从轨道切换实现煤矿井下多巷道检测,然后利用现代通信技术传输相关分析数据,实现了煤矿井下少人化、无人化、智能化的巡检要求。
Aiming at the problem of belt conveyor fault diagnosis, an intelligent diagnosis system based on track collaboration technology and pattern recognition is designed by using non-destructive testing technology, changing track technology and Interact of things. The diagnosis system uses the main and the orbit switching to realize multi-lane detection in the coal mine,and then uses the modem communication technology to transmit the relevant analysis data to realize the less humanized, unmanned and intelligent inspection requirements in the coal mine.
