摘要
文章以积极心理学为理论依据,重点探讨曾留守大学生正义与合作、节制与勇气、智慧与超越、乐观与期望四个方面积极心理品质,分析其与心理健康的关系,探讨了其形成与发展的影响因素,并从家庭、社会和学校三方面提出积极心理品质培养对策。
On the basis of positive psychology, this article focuses on four aspects of positive psychological quality, such as justice and cooperation, restraint and courage, wisdom and transcendence, optimism and expectation. Through analysis, this paper points out that its relationship with mental health, and the influence factors of its formation and development, and proposes countermeasures to cultivate positive psychological quality from the family, society and school.
