摘要
新自由主义促使满意度成为一个值得研究的科学问题。新公共管理运动将新自由主义的市场逻辑进一步推广到公共领域。受其主导,消费主义的服务质量评价视角从传统的工商业延伸至政府以及医疗、教育等准公共服务部门,人们对医患关系的认知、对就医行为的理解以及病人的身份意象、在医疗卫生服务评价体系中的地位和作用等都随之发生了变化。作为新公共管理的主要理论基础,公共物品理论和公共选择理论有助于把握新自由主义下"病人"身份的重新建构以及目前主流的"病人满意度"的概念生成。
Neo- liberalism made satisfaction become a scientific question with research value. Further, the New Public Management （NPM） movement extended the market logic of Neo - liberalism to the public domains. Guiding by the NPM, the service quality evaluation of consumerist perspective spread from the traditional business area to the government and the quasi -public service departments such as medicine and education. Thereupon, the public cognition of doctor - patient relationship, the understanding of medical behaviors, the patients＇ images and identities, and their status and roles in the evaluation of medical and health service system have been changed. As the main theoretical basis of the NPM, the Public Goods Theory and the Public Choice Theory can help to understand the re -construction of ＂patient＂identity and the generation of current mainstream＂patient satisfaction＂ concept under Neoliberalism.
