摘要
本文立足中国社会经济背景,依据高阶理论和知识基础观,实证研究了经济政策不确定性情境下高科技企业高管团队知识结构对企业创新绩效的影响。研究发现,高管团队知识结构能够为高科技企业创新绩效带来显著正向影响。但经济政策不确定性的影响并不显著,通过区分企业所有权性质,发现经济政策不确定性越高,民营高科技企业的高管团队知识结构对企业创新绩效正向影响越强;而且团队中如果有经济学背景的高管,这种正向影响作用会更强。
In the social and economic background of China, this paper studies the influence of the knowledge structure of top manage-ment team on the innovation performance of enterprises in China under the uncertainty of economic policy based on the upper echelon theory and Knowledge Based View. The empirical results show that the knowledge structure of the top management team has a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises. The empirical results of this paper also display that when the eco-nomic policy uncertainty is higher, the knowledge structure of the top management team of private high-tech enterprises has a stronger positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises, especially when there is TMT member with economic background.
