摘要
基于国内外研究现状,选取WK35型挖掘机为研究对象,以减少挖掘机动臂提升力和推压力为研究目标,采用MATLAB软件对其进行优化设计,分析了机械式矿用挖掘机动臂的理想挖掘轨迹。研究表明:优化设计后的挖掘机工作装置效率和挖掘性能都得到提高,可为同类产品设计提供参考。
Based on the research situation at home and abroad, the WK35 excavator is selected as the research object. To reduce the lifting force and pushing force of excavator boom, the MATLAB software is used to optimize the design, and the ideal excavating track of the mechanical mining excavator is analyzed. The research shows that the efficiency and excavation performance of the excavator working device have been improved after optimization design, which can provide reference for similar product design.
