摘要
自2010年以来,国际上对绿色技能及相关问题的研究主要表现在六个方面:绿色技能的内涵虽无统一定义,但均囊括与可持续发展、清洁能源等有关的技术、知识、价值和态度;绿色技能开发策略的研究尚处于起步阶段,进入实质性可推广层面的研究成果不多;绿色技能的国外实践已经在加拿大、美国、澳大利亚、韩国等国家开展;绿色技能人才培养体系建设还有待进一步加强;绿色技能课程开发研究已在很多专业上进行了试点,其中与建筑、农业类相关的绿色专业居多;绿色职业、绿色就业受到越来越多的关注。但是总体而言,对于绿色技能的标准、绿色技能的评价体系、绿色师资培养、绿色通识技能课程等研究和实践尚未真正形成,绿色技能教育的实施仍任重道远。
Since 2010,international research on green skills and related issues has six aspects mainly： although there is no unified definition of green skills,they all include technologies,knowledge,values and attitudes related to sustainable development,clean energy,etc; the research on green skill development strategy is still in its starting stage,so there are not many achievements in the research of the substantive and promotional level; the practice of green skills abroad has been carried out in Canada,USA,Australia,Korea and other countries; the construction of green skill talents training system needs further strengthening,the green skill curriculum development research has carried on the pilot in many professions,with the construction and agriculture related green specialty mostly; the green occupations,the green employment receives more and more attention. But on the whole,the research and practice of green skill standards,evaluation system,teacher training,general skill courses have not been formed yet,and the implementation of green skill education is still a long task.
