摘要
以大比例配入无烟煤进行配煤炼焦为基础,利用40kg试验焦炉进行配煤炼焦生产高反应后强度焦炭的试验研究。结果表明,无烟煤配入量在30%~40%、焦煤和肥煤比例在50%~55%时,采用捣固炼焦工艺可以生产出CSR大于60%的焦炭,焦炭机械强度和反应后强度均达到一级冶金焦标准。
On the basis of blending more anthracite for coke making, a 40kg pilot coke oven is used to study the optimum coal blending ratio to produce coke with high CSR. The result shows that with 30%-40% anthracite and 50%-55% coking coal and fat coal blended, the stamp-charging coke oven can produce coke with CSR higher than 60% , and both the mechanical strength and CSR of coke meet the requirement of first class metallurgical coke.
