地线复合绝缘子及金具防风探讨 被引量:8

摘要 架空地线复合绝缘子连接着地线和杆塔,由复合绝缘子和金具两部分组成。受到风振的影响,地线绝缘子发生大量故障如金具磨损、绝缘子伞裙撕裂等。分析了绝缘子伞裙撕裂问题、地线金具磨损故障分布,指出故障集中的部位。提出了有针对性的改进措施,包括绝缘子伞裙优化、加大金具连接区域接触面积、改变连接方式等,并对优化后的地线绝缘子进行了模拟实验、耐磨性试验和现场试用,改进后的防风优化满足设计要求,复合绝缘子伞裙未见撕裂行为,优化结构的金具磨损损失率减少1/3,现场应用效果良好。 Ground-wires composite insulator connects ground wire and tower, which is consists of insulator and metal fittings. It is subject to large amount of fault such as the wear of hardware and com- posite insulator shed tear by wind-induced vibration. The problem of composite insulator shed tear fault as well as fault distribution of ground wire metal fittings wear are analyzed, and the location where the fault is concentrated and pointed out. The targeted improvement measures are proposed, such as optimizing insulator shed, increasing the area of contact area and changing connection mode. Then, it is carried out that simulated experiment, field test and wear resistance test of hardware in ground wire insulator optimized. Windproof optimization improved meets the design requirements ; composite insulator umbrella group tear is not happened. The wear loss rate of ground wire hardware decreases 1/3 by structural optimization. The effects on the field are well, and it has a good foreground in the application.
