支柱瓷绝缘子地震受损分析及缺陷检测方法 被引量:10

摘要 分析了地震后支柱绝缘子的缺陷特征,对震后支柱瓷绝缘子进行现场检测,得到了地震位置与时间变化对缺陷影响的规律。结果表明:1)地震引发的故障缺陷以裂纹为主,发生在瓷套根部区域;2)支柱绝缘子缺陷数目随着与震中距离呈现下降趋势;3)瓷体中的微裂纹会随着时间的推移逐步扩大成显性裂纹。研究成果为支柱瓷绝缘子震后处理提供技术支撑。 The fault characteristics of post-earthquake post insulators were analyzed, and the rule of the influence of seismic position and time change on defects was obtained by means of field detection to the post-earthquake porcelain post insulator. The results showed that: 1) the fault and defect caused by the earthquake is mainly crack, and occurred in the contact part; 2) the number of post insulator defects decreases with the distance from the epicenter distance; 3) the microcrack in the porcelain body will gradually expand into dominant crack over time. The research results provide technical support for post-earthquake treatment of porcelain post insulator.
