摘要
在马克思劳动正义思想中,公正分配劳动的有用性与有害性是实质所在,生产资料所有制正义是根本前提,充分保障劳动者劳动权利的劳动过程正义是关键环节。从马克思劳动的实质正义观看劳动者因劳动应体面,从马克思劳动的前提正义观看劳动者有劳动才体面,从马克思劳动的过程正义观看劳动者应体面地劳动。马克思劳动正义观及其对资本主义社会不体面劳动的伦理批判,为当代社会特别是当代中国实践体面劳动提供了重要的指导。
In Marx＇s labor justice thoughts,clarification of the usefulness and harmfulness of labor distribution justice is the essence. Ownership justice of production means is the fundamental premise,and labor process justice to fully guarantee laborer＇s labor rights is the key link. Marx＇s labor justice thoughts hold that laborers are decent because of their labor,Marx＇s labor premise justice thoughts hold that laborers are decent for they have work,and Marx＇s labor process justice thoughts hold that labors should work decently. Marx＇s labor justice thoughts and its ethical criticism of indecent labor of capitalism society provide guidance for practicing decent labor in contemporary China.
