摘要 为分析塔式起重机作业安全态势并预测其发展趋势,针对塔机作业安全复杂性与不确定性特点,运用集对分析理论,提出塔机作业安全五元联系数分析方法.首先,分析影响塔机作业安全的人员、机械、环境、管理四类因素,建立塔机作业安全分析指标体系;其次,拓展集对分析同异反联系数,引入塔机作业安全五元联系数;然后,运用态势函数静态分析塔机作业安全态势,采用全偏联系数动态预测塔机作业安全发展趋势;最后,以湖北省某建筑企业施工现场2号塔机作业为例,进行安全态势分析及发展趋势预测.结果表明:塔机作业综合安全等级为中等水平,呈正向发展趋势,研究结果能为塔机作业安全管理提供决策支持. In order to analyze the safety situation and to predict the developing trend of the safety of tower crane operation, aiming at the complexity and uncertainty of the safety of tower crane operation, set pair analysis theory is applied, and five-element connection number analysis method for tower crane operation safety is put forward. First, analyzing the four kinds of factors that affect the safety of tower crane operation: personnel, machinery, environment and management, index system of the safety analysis of tower crane operation is established. Secondly, expand the same-indefinite-contrary connection number of set pair analysis, and then followed it up by introducing the five-element connection number of the safety tower crane operation. Then, this paper uses the situation function to analyze the safety situation of tower crane operation statically, and adopts total partial connection number to predict the developing trend of tower crane operation safety dynamically. Finally, this paper analyzes the safety situation and predict developing trend of tower crane operation safety of the tower crane No.2 at a building enterprise construction site in Hubei Province. The result shows that the comprehensive safety level of tower crane operation is moderate and it is of positive developing trend, the results can provide decision support for safety management of tower crane operation.
