摘要
文章通过行为实验的方法,对销售回扣合同进行了实验研究,结果表明,销售回扣合同在实验中的订购数量和合同参数与理论模型有显著的差异,供应链各方的利润与批发价合同也没有显著差别,理论模型预测销售回扣合同能够协调供应链的结果也没有出现。最后,通过回归模型对供应链订购数量的实验结果和理论模型之间的差异进行了研究,结果显示,锚定效应、损失规避、后悔厌恶、缺货量等都会影响决策者,使得实验结果偏离了理论最优的结果。
This paper studies the sales rebate contract by behavioral experiment. The results indicate that the order quantity and contract's parameters of the contract in the experiment have significant difference from the theoretical model. And the profits of the supply-chain members have no significant difference with that of the wholesale contract. Also, the theoretical model-expected result of coordinating supply chain by the sales rebate contract doesn't appear. Finally, the paper uses regression model to make a study on the difference between the experimental results and the theoretical model. The results indicate that anchoring effect, loss aversion, regret aversion, and stock-out quantity will affect decision-makers, hence a deviation of the experimental results from the theoretical model.
