摘要
农民政治参与的广度、深度和效度是反映农村民主政治水平的三种空间维度。从三维角度分析显示当前农民政治参与的空间十分有限。农民政治参与空间的有限性来自于农民自身的局限性、农村社会民主体系的不完善和基层政府的不当干预。扩大农民政治参与的空间需要培育农民政治参与的主体性,从内部完善农村社会民主体系,从外部规范基层政府的干预行为,从而推进农村民主政治发展,促进和谐农村社会的建设。
The breadth, depth and validity of peasants＇ political participation reflect the effective dimension of rural democratic politic. The present situation of peasants＇ political participation is lack of participation vitality and limited participation in space. The limitation of the rural political participation space comes from the limitations of the farmers themselves, the imperfection of the rural social democratic system and the improper intervention of the grass-roots government. To expand the size of the farmers＇ political participation need to cultivate the subjectivity of the farmers＇ political participation, perfect democratic system in the rural interior, regulating the behavior of grass-roots government intervention from outside, so as to promote the development of rural democracy, promote the construction of harmonious rural society.
