摘要
综合项目管理(ERP)是一套应用广泛的企业管理信息系统。但截至目前,综合项目管理(ERP)在公路工程项目中的应用并不完善,主要是因为工程项目具有造价高、点多、线长、面广、户外作业不可控因素多等特点。论文对ERP在公路工程项目中的实际应用进行了详细的分析,以供参考。
ERP is a widely used enterprise management information system. But up to now, the application of ERP in the highway engineering project is not perfect, the main causes are the characteristics of high cost, many points, long line, wide range, and not controllable factors of outdoor works for the highway engineering. This paper analyzes the practical application of ERP in highway engineering in detail, for reference.
