摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘患者支气管肺泡灌洗液中α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-smooth muscle actin,α-SMA)与β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)的表达及其意义。方法 30例支气管哮喘患者为哮喘组,30例非哮喘患者为对照组,收集2组支气管肺泡灌洗液,应用双向凝胶电泳技术与质谱技术鉴定及分析α-SMA与β-catenin的相对表达情况。结果哮喘组支气管肺泡灌洗液中α-SMA表达量[(30.02±3.32)μg/L]、β-catenin表达量[(36.21±4.56)μg/L]高于对照组[(10.35±3.58)、(12.41±2.64)μg/L](P<0.05)。结论α-SMA、β-catenin在支气管肺泡灌洗液中表达上调可能与支气管哮喘发生、发展有关,可作为临床哮喘早期诊断指标和基因治疗靶点。
Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of a-smooth muscle actin （α-SMA） and β-catenin in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF） in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods BALF was collected in 30 patients with bronchial asthma （asthma group） and 30 patients without asthma （control group） to identify and analyze the relative expressions of α-SMA and β-catenin by two-dimensional gelelectrophoresis technique and mass spectrometry. Results The expressions of α-SMA and β-catenin were significantly higher in asthma group （（30.02± 3.32）, （36.21± 4.56） μg/L） than those in control group （（10.35±3.58）, （12.41±2.64） vg/L） （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The high expressions of α-SMA and β-catenin in BALF might be involved in the occurrence and development of bronchial asthma, and can be used as the early diagnostic indicators and targets for gene therapy of bronchial asthma.
