摘要
流感是由流感病毒引起的一种急性呼吸道传染病,症状表现为轻到重度,严重流感可导致住院或死亡。儿童是流感的高发人群,有基础疾病的患儿容易发生严重并发症。抗病毒药物不仅可减轻流感症状,缩短病程,还可以预防严重的流感并发症。本文从儿童流感的药物预防与治疗角度进行综述,以期为儿童流感的药物应用提供参考。
Influenza（flu） is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses, showing form mild to severe. Serious outcomes of flu infection could result in hospitalization even death. Young children with certain health conditions were at high risk of serious flu complications. Antiviral drugs could lessen symptoms and shorten the course of disease. They also had ability of preventing serious flu complications. The author summarized antiviral medications for the prevention and treatment of influenza in children, so as to provide reference for the use of drugs to flu in children.
