摘要 三开道岔具有道岔区短,土建规模小的优势,为其他同类项目在用地紧张的情况下,提供了一种处理方式。根据天津地铁6号线三开道岔用于折返的实际情况,从转辙机的选型配杆、三开道岔密贴力调整、动作杆及表示杆连接销的检修等技术难点攻关,到工电配合时需重点注意的问题等方面入手,梳理三开道岔的养护维修重点部位与难点,尤其是转辙机的侧向尖轨2/4 mm的测试点位、室内继电器的检修周期、道岔开程调整以及转辙机表示缺口的调整等方面,就维护时发现的问题进行分析,总结相关维护经验,供业内同行参考。 The short turnout section and small scale of civil construction make the three-way turnout a treatment method for the projects under the condition of insufficient land resources. The three-way turnout is used in the turn-back for Line 6 of Tianjin Metro. Using the application as a case, we discussed the selection of switch machine, adjustment of the three-way turnout closure force, as well as technical difficulties such as maintenance of the connecting pins of the indication rod and the action rod, the civil and signaling cooperation etc. We also analyzed the key points and difficulty in maintenance of the three-way turnout, especially the 2/4 mm test point of switch diverging point rail, maintenance cycle of the indoor relay, stroke adjustment of the turnout and adjustment of the indication gap in the switch machine, and the problems found in maintenance, summarizing the relevant maintenance experience for the reference of the industry peers.
