摘要
通过可靠性强化试验技术提高产品可靠性。本文从可靠性强化试验的原理、目的、特点、流程等方面对可靠性强化试验展开介绍,并结合工程应用技术问题进行探讨分析。通过可靠性强化试验来激发故障,并进行设计改进可提高产品的固有可靠性水平。可靠性强化试验可提高产品的可靠性水平,通过本文的探讨,希冀能对相关的从业人员具有一定的启示,推进可靠性强化试验技术的进一步发展。
In order to improve the reliability of products by reliability enhancement test technology, this paper introduced the principle, purpose, characteristics, process and other aspects of the reliability enhancement test, then we discussed it combined with technical problems in engineering application . It could improve the product' s reliability by stimulating the fault and improving the design through reliability enhancement test. May this paper can bring some revelation to the relevant personnel and promote the development of the reliability enhancement test technology.
