摘要
公益性社会体育指导员在群众性体育活动开展的过程中扮演着重要角色。当前,山东省公益性社会体育指导员队伍的培养遇到瓶颈,其路径亟需优化。运用文献资料、逻辑思辨以及统计等方法,对山东省公益性社会体育指导员队伍发展和培养中的困境问题进行剖析。认为:在培养过程中要加大再培训力度,优化队伍结构;星级制与等级制相结合,完善公益性社会体育指导员管理机制;立足职业兴趣,合理评价与选拔人才;积极主动将学校体育教师纳入公益性社会体育指导员队伍中来,提升公益性社会体育指导员队伍的专业水平。
Public welfare social sports instructors play an important role in mass sports activities. Currently, the instructor team construction has come across with some bottleneck problems and the path is urgent to optimize. With the methods of literature review, logical analysis and statistics, this paper has made a thorough analysis of the problems in developing and training the instructors. It is believed that in the process of cultivation, we should increase retraining and optimize the structure of the team, combine star system and hierarchy system to perfect the public welfare social sports in- structor management mechanism, evaluate and select talents reasonably based on professional inter- est, and actively integrate school physical education teachers into the ranks of the instructors and promote the professional level of the instructors.
