摘要
阐述了安徽省农业科学院基本现状,分析了其发展存在的主要问题,针对性地提出了优化调整学科方向、培养造就领军人才、强化科研平台建设、加强农业科技合作、加快科技成果转化、深化体制机制创新等加快院所战略转型发展的对策建议。
Based on the practice of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences,we analyzed the main problems of the development process and given some suggestions. Such as,optimize the direction of discipline,cultivate and foster leading talents,strengthen the construction of research platform,strengthen agricultural science and technology cooperation,promoting the transfer of scientific and technological achievements in agriculture,deepen the innovation of system and mechanism etc.
