摘要
通过分析厦门某医院医务社会工作者处理负向院信实际案例的成效与优势,探讨医务社会工作者介入负向院信的可行路径,提出提升医务社会工作者介入负向院信的专业权威性、建立负向院信处理和预防机制等建议来应对困境,为医院和医务社会工作者在负向院信的处理提供借鉴。
From the real case of Xiamen hospital,the effeciency and advantages of medical social workers intervening in hospital negative letters are analyzed and the feasible paths of dealing with hospital negative letters are disccussed as well. Then,the measures such as improving the authority of medical social worker intervening in hospital negative letters and establishing processing and prevention mechanism are proposed to cope with difficulties in dealing with hospital negative letters.
