摘要
新生心理健康教育作为高校心理健康教育系统工程中的首要工作,其工作内容重要,任务艰巨。建构主义理论引领下的新生心理健康教育体系具有目标层级化、内容结构化、活动主体化等特征。新生心理健康教育体系建设围绕学生主体,以实现新生的适应与健康发展为目标,通过服务新生入学适应、建立新生心理档案、开设心理健康教育课程、打造心理健康活动等路径,从而促进新生的心理健康。
The mental health education of freshmen is the most important work in the systematic project of mental health education in colleges and universities. Its work is very important and the task is arduous. The new mental health education system under the guidanceof constructivism has the characteristics of objective hierarchy, content structure and activity subjectivity. In order to achieve the new fitand healthy development, this paper constructs a new system of mental health education on the students, through the service entrance ad-aptation, the establishment of psychological archives, freshman mental health education, mental health and other activities to create thepath so as to promote the mental health of freshmen.
