摘要从课程目标、内容设计、课程建设管理三个方面讨论信息素养MOOC建设的创新。确立了提升信息素养、提升问题解决的效率、强化探究精神、培养终身学习能力三位一体的课程教学目标。从内容设计原则、课程内容框架、具体内容选择三个方面介绍了课程内容的设计创新。课程建设管理方面的创新主要体现在课程建设团队与课程建设流程两个方面。 This paper discusses the innovation of information literacy MOOC construction from three aspects： curriculum＇s targets,content design and curriculum construction management. The teaching goal is to improve information literacy,work efficiency,spirit of inquiry and ability of lifelong learning. The content design innovation includes the basic principle,content framework and content selection. The curriculum construction management innovation mainly involves course team and development process.
