摘要
我国高等教育深化改革的主要措施是不断推进地方本科院校的转型,这一转型变革的主要理论依据就是工商企业管理中的组织变革,地方本科院校转型发展的最有力支撑就是地方本科院校国际化发展、企业对人才的需求标准和社会经济的发展进步。地方本科院校在转型时,一定要理性地进行选择,对重点环节、目标定位、发展基础以及发展核心等进行仔细的研究。
Nowadays, the main measure of deepening reform in higher education in our country is to push forward the transformation of local undergraduate colleges, and the main theoretical basis for the transformational change is the organizational change in business enterprise management. The most powerful support for transformation development in local undergraduate colleges is the internationalization development of local undergraduate colleges, the demand standards for enterprise talents as well as the development and progress of social economy. In the process of transformation, it is necessary for local undergraduate institutions to select rationally and carefully study the key links, target positioning, development foundation and core development.
