摘要
目的探讨眼针治疗疾病种类及疗效。方法以CNKI(中国期刊全文数据库)、万方数据库、维普数据库、CSTJ(中国科技期刊数据库)、中国科学院文献情报中心(国家科学图书馆)为研究文献搜索源,搜索时间跨度为1978—2016年,对眼针治疗疾病的相关文献进行筛选和归类。分析眼针治疗疾病的种类、优势病种以及临床疗效。结果本研究共纳入眼针疗法治疗各类疾病的文献396篇,相关疾病类别38类。其中,中医病名33类,西医病名5类。眼针治疗疾病文献报道数量排序为中风、痛症、眩晕、面瘫、失眠等。占文献总数的74.23%。在临床试验研究文献中,单纯用眼针疗法作为治疗组干预措施的样本为51例,其中眼针疗法疗效优于临床常见的其他治疗方法 46例,占90.20%;眼针结合其他疗法作为治疗组干预措施的样本为163例,疗效均优于对照组,其中眼针联合1种疗法占57.67%;眼针联合2种疗法占21.47%;眼针联合3种及以上疗法占20.86%。结论眼针疗法适应症广,对30余种疾病均有显著疗效。眼针疗法临床疗效较高的优势病种为中风病、痛证、眩晕、面瘫和失眠。在本研究所涉及的38类疾病中,眼针疗法的疗效总体上优于临床常用的其他疗法。眼针疗法与其他疗法结合治疗具有协同作用,在疾病的治疗中具有显著优势,临床多以眼针结合1~2种其他疗法最为常用。
Objective To explore the diseases types and clinical effect of the eye acupuncture treatment.Method The authors regarded CNKI,Wan Fang Database,VIP database,CSTJ.The document information center is as the searching source,the consulting database of this research time is from 1978-2016.The categories of diseases,the dominant diseases and clinical efficiency of the eye acupuncture treatment was analyzed.Results This research includes 396 literatures,and involves 38 diseases.Thereinto,33 kinds use TCM names,and 5 kinds of them use modern medicine name.The literatures order by the quantities is stroke,pain as the main symptoms of the disease,vertigo,facial paralysis,insomnia and so on together account for 74.23% of the total number of samples.In RCT and CCT,51 samples only use the eye acupuncture treatment as treatment group,and 46 samples show the curative effect of eye acupuncture treatment is better than the others treatments in clinical commonly use.The quantity of eye acupuncture treatment combine with the others treatments as treatment group include 163 cases,the curative effect is better than control group.And 57.67% combine one treatment,21.47% combine two,three and more take 20.86%.Conclusion Eye acupuncture treatment has wide indications,and its curative effect is distinct in more than 30 diseases.The curative effect dominant diseases are stroke,pain as the main symptoms of the disease,vertigo,facial paralysis,insomnia.This research involves in 38 diseases,the curative effect of eye acupuncture treatment is better than the others treatments in clinical commonly used.Eye acupuncture treatment combine with the others treatments have synergistic effect,and the most common way in clinical medicine is to combine one or two treatments.
