摘要
心率减速力是近几年来用以评估自主神经功能活性的无创检测技术,其检查操作方便,且不受外界因素的影响,较传统检测技术具有稳定性强、敏感性高、特异性强等特点,可用于心脏自主神经功能多个方面的危险分层及预后评估,有助于尽早预防、发现、处理恶性心血管事件。
Deceleration capacity of rate is a non-invasive detection technology which is applied in evaluating the activity of autonomic nervous function in recent years. It is easy to be manipulated and yet difficult to be interfered by extraneous factors. Compared with traditional detection methods,it is characterized by strong stability,high sensibility and specificity,and so on. The technology can be utilized in risk stratification and prognosis evaluation of various aspects of cardiac autonomic nervous function. It helps to prevent,find and treat malignant cardiovascular events in early phase.
