摘要
在"丝绸之路经济带"大发展的背景下,陕西文化旅游产业国际化不断加快。文章采用钻石模型提炼相关指标,采集2006—2015年陕西文化旅游产业发展相关数据,运用灰色多层次综合评价法对陕西文化旅游产业国际竞争力的演进状况进行了综合评价。实证研究发现:2006—2015年十年来陕西省文化旅游产业国际竞争能力逐年增加,具有鲜明的阶段特性;其国际竞争力提升显著地体现在生产要素、本国需求和政府因素等指标方面,而相关产业表现和企业竞争等方面指标作用不突出。为此,提出了相关对策建议,以进一步提升陕西文化旅游产业在"丝绸之路经济带"中的国际竞争力。
According with the great development of ＂Silk Road Economic Zone＂, the internationalization of Shaanxi cultural tourism industry continues to accelerate. This paper uses the diamond model to extract the relevant indexes, collect the relevant data of the development of Shaanxi cultural tourism industry from 2006 to 2015, and use the gray multi-level comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the international competitiveness of Shaanxi cultural tourism industry synthetically. The empirical study shows that the in- ternational competitiveness of cultural tourism industry of Shaanxi Province has increased year by year in 2006 and 2015 ,and its international competitiveness has been significantly reflected in the factors such as production factor, domestic demand and government factors. But the role of indicators such as the related industry performance and corporate competition is not prominent. To the end, this papre put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to further enhance the international competitiveness of Shaanxi cultural tourism industry in the ＂Silk Road Economic Zone＂.
