沙漠区域输电线路连接金具磨损性能试验及磨损趋势预测 被引量:12

摘要 对于沙漠区域同走廊的输电线路,相同设备的损伤演变趋势基本相同。以典型连接金具为研究对象,首先分析了连接金具的接触应力,并进行了大量磨损模拟试验,试验揭示了连接金具承载力与试验载荷及磨损次数之间的内在关系;在模拟磨损试验的基础上,采用了神经网络模型成功预测了典型金具剩余强度与试验载荷和磨损次之间的连续对应关系,预测结果与试验一致性较高,可以为沙漠区域输电线路连接金具的选型以及磨损防治提供技术支撑。 For the transmission lines in the same corridor in the desert area, the damage evolution trend of the same equipment is largely the same. Taking typical link hardware as the object, the contact stress of link hardware is analyzed and a large number of abrasion simulation tests are carried out, which reveals the internal relations between bearing capacity and test load as well as abrasion frequency. On the basis of abrasion experiment, neural network model is used to predict the continuous correspondence relationships between the typical abrasion times, test load, residual strength and residual strength of link hardware, and the prediction is consistent with the experimental results, that can provide technical support for the selection of connection fittings and abrasion prevention of transmission lines in desert area.
