摘要
食品安全风险分析是一门涉及多领域的系统学科。在调查我国食品质量与安全专业开设食品安全风险分析及其相关课程开设现状的基础上,分析了单独开课的必要性,并结合教学经验,提出课程内容、课程资源库建设、教学和考核方式的建议,为课程的开设和规范化建设提供参考。
Food safety risk analysis is a systematic subject which involves in multidisciplinary field. The necessity of establishment of Food Safety Risk Analysis in Food Quality and Safety Specialty in college and universities is described on the basis of status investigating, while the teaching content, teaching resource database, teaching method and examination mode of this course are discussed. It is in order to providing some reference for establishment and standardization of this course in colleges and universities.
