摘要
绿色经济是世界经济发展的新趋势,影响着世界经济格局变革。制造业绿色转型升级,将引发劳动力市场变化,必须大力培养绿色技能人才。针对绿色技能人才绿色培养目标模糊、绿色专业不完善、绿色课程体系不健全、师资队伍绿色教学水平有待提高等问题,职业教育亟需通过确立绿色技能培养框架、开设绿色专业、完善绿色课程体系、加强绿色师资队伍建设、加强国际交流与合作等措施,协同培养绿色技能人才。
Green economy is a new trend of the world economic development, and will make a significant change in economic situation of world. Green transformation and upgrading of manufacturing will have a big change in the labor market, and we must cultivate green skills talents urgently. However, there are still many problems in the cultivation of green skill talents, such as the goals vague, green majors imperfect, curricula incomplete, and teachers＇ teaching level lower, etc. Several new strategies are presented to develop green skills in vocational education, such as establishing the framework of green skills training, setting up green majors, improving the system of green curricula, strengthening the construction of green teachers, and intensifying international communication and cooperation.
