摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、案例分析法等对所创编的"情景对练式打练南拳"单练、对打套路的教学效果进行分析,结果表明:学生对该授课模式整体满意度高;"打"、"演"的巧妙组合,多元化因素深度融合的教学方法,团队协作的考核方式不仅深受学生喜爱,而且有利于掌握套路,有效地提高了学生武术专项身体素质。建议借鉴"打练南拳"教学改革案例的优点,根据教学内容的安排,精选代表性动作,创编内容短小精悍的单练、实战套路,来提高武术套路的教学效果、促进高校武术教学更好地开展。
With the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, case analysis and so on, the creation of “ on practice” exercise, Nanquan routine teaching effect on the individuals are analyzed. The results show that the students in the teaching mode of overall satisfaction is high; a playr,and a playr,the ingenious combination of teaching methods, integration of diversi-fied factors the depth of the team assessment methods not only loved by students, but also conducive to the master routine, ef-fectively improve the physical quality of students in wushu. Suggestions for “ training advantages Nanquan” teaching reform case,according to the arrangement of teaching contents, selection of representative action, creating small content, to improve the combat Danlian routine, Wushu teaching effect, promote the better development of martial arts teaching in Colleges and u-niversities.
