摘要
过在合金凝固过程中施加机械搅拌制备含长周期结构的Mg_(97)Zn_1Y_2合金,通过改变搅拌时间以及搅拌转速工艺参数制备多组试样,研究机械搅拌对镁合金组织细化及力学性能的影响。通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)观察合金的显微组织,利用显微硬度仪对试样进行了硬度测试,采用析氢法对试样进行耐腐蚀性能的测试,探究最佳搅拌时间及搅拌速率。研究结果表明:经搅拌处理后,试样的组织形态及尺寸发生不同程度的细化,合金的硬度及耐腐蚀性能也发生了较大变化。就本实验参数而言,搅拌速率为700 r/min、搅拌时间为2 min时合金力学性能最好。
The Mg97Zn1Y2 alloy with long period structure was prepared by mechanical stirring during the solidification of the alloy, by changing the stirring time and stirring speed to prepare multiple sets of samples, the effect of mechanical stirring on microstructure refinement and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy was researched. The microstructure of the alloy was observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM), the hardness test and the corrosion resistance test were carried out to explore the most suitable mixing time and mixing rate of magnesium alloy. The results show that, after mechanical stirring, the microstructure and size have different degree of refinement, the hardness and corrosion resistance of the alloy also change greater. In terms of the experimental parameters, the mechanical properties of the alloy are the best under the stirring rate of 700 r/min and the stirring time of 2 min.
