摘要
目的:探讨脑卒中患者早期康复护理干预措施的临床疗效。方法:2014年5月笔者所在医院收治46例脑卒中患者,随机分为两组,对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组给予患者早期康复护理干预,对比观察组和对照组疗效。结果:对照组患者各项指标低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:积极做好早期康复护理干预,可以更好地改善预后,减少并发症发生,提高治愈率,同时减少致残率与病死率。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursingintervention for stroke patients. Methods： 46 casesof stroke patients in our hospital in May 2014, were randomly divided into two groupsobservation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention, the observation group and the control group. Results ： The indexes of the patients in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,the and was difference significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： The early rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the prognosis,reduce complications,improve mortality.
