摘要
目的研究分析甲硝唑联合克霉唑治疗复发性阴道炎的疗效、不良反应及临床症状改善情况。方法选择本院2014年9月—2016年9月接收的复发性阴道炎患者80例作为研究对象,将80例患者随机分为两组,观察组40例和对照组40例,对照组患者应用硝酸咪康唑进行治疗,观察组患者应用甲硝唑联合克霉唑进行治疗,对比观察组与对照组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率、临床症状改善率比对照组高,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲硝唑联合克霉唑治疗复发性阴道炎的疗效较好,不良反应发生率低。
Objective To study the efficacy and side effects of metronidazole combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of recurrent vaginitis. Methods 80 patients with recurrent vaginitis received in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the study subjects. 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups： observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40）. The patients were treated with miconazole nitrate. The patients in the observation group were treated with metronidazole and clotrimazole, and the therapeutic effect was compared between the observation group and the control group. Results Compared with the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Metronidazole combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of recurrent vaginitis is better, the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
