摘要
立足于交叉学科研究,使用定性和定量分析相结合的方法,构建学科共享核心课程体系,在此基础上对共享实验实训体系进行拓展研究,通过以冷链物流与食品安全管理为典型对象进行交叉学科的实证研究,在增强学生的动手能力和实际应用能力的同时,使实验实训资源的利用率得到提高,避免实验实训资源的浪费,对于交叉学科间实验实训体系构建起到一定的示范性作用。
This article is based on interdisciplinary research in connection with enterprise and industry requirement for talent. By the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,shared curriculum system of interdisciplinary were built,and on this basis the experimental training system was further studied.Through the empirical research of interdisciplinary of cold chain logistics and food safety management as the typical object,not only the students' practical ability and application ability were strengthen,but also the effective utilization of experimental training resources was improved,and the waste of experimental and training resources was avoided,which played certain exemplary role of experimental and training system construction between interdisciplinary.
