摘要
目的该文针对临床检验工作现状存在的问题进行分析,为临床提供参考的理论依据。方法该文是从设备、标本、试剂以及人为因素几个因素分析存在的问题,并提出解决方法,对不合格标本给予注明,全面分析被检者的用药史,甄别标本的病理部分;熟练掌握各种检测设备的保养、操作及故障排除,加强试剂管理,制定检验操作规程,一旦发现错误就要及时进行纠正。结果在临床检验出现的误差,事实上能够采取上述方法进行消除,确保临床检验结果的准确性。结论针对临床检验工作中存在的问题,并有针对性采取解决措施,确保临床检验结果的准确性,对预防疾病、诊断疾病及治疗疾病,对评价病患者健康状况等各个方面具有重大的作用。
Objective To analyze the issues in the clinical test work and provide theoretical basis for the clinic. Methods The issues were analyzed from equipment, specimen, reagent and human factors and the solutions were put forwards, and the unqualified specimen were signed, the medication history of the subjects was comprehensively analyzed, and the pathological section of specimens was identified, and the maintenance, operation and error exclusion of various test equipment were mastered expertly, and the reagent management was enhanced, and the test operation process was made, and once we found the mistakes, we should correct them in time. Results In fact, the above methods could eliminate the clinical test errors thus ensuring the accuracy of clinical test results. Conclusion The targeted solutions of issues in the clinical test work and ensuring the accuracy of clinical test results is of great significance to preventing the disease and diagnosis and treatment of diseases and evaluating the health condition of patients.
