摘要
医疗管理是指医院对整个医疗过程中的活动进行组织、协调、计划以及控制,使其保持长期的应有状态,使其能对客观变化的环境进行很好的适应,从而使医院的医疗效果以及医疗效率得到提升。而流程再造则可以对医院当前的医疗服务流程进行适当的完善,从而使得医院医疗服务的整体水平能够得到提高。因此本文对医疗管理中的流程再造进行了详细的阐述与分析。
Medical management refers to the hospital for the medical activities in the process of organization,coordination,planning and control,so as to keep the proper condition for a long time,so it can adapt well to the objective changes in the environment,so that the hospital medical effect and medicine efficacy rate can be improved. The process reengineering may be appropriate to improve the medical service process of hospital at present,so that the overall level of hospital medical service can be improved. Therefore the medical management process reengineering are described and analyzed in detail.
