摘要
[目的/意义]从微观层面揭示当前时代背景下我国社科类学术期刊的生态状况,分析现有的科研管理体制对学术期刊造成的影响,为培育有利于学术期刊健康发展的生态环境提供依据。[方法/过程]以中国社会科学院学术期刊为考察对象,从学术影响、稿源渠道、工作面貌三个方面分析现实中的矛盾。[结果/结论]在市场发育尚不完善的情况下,暂时实施计划性管制手段维持学术平衡,同时积极探索有效的学术规范化手段是为学术期刊营造良好环境的可行途径。
[ Purpose/Significance ] The research purposes of this paper involves revealing the ecological status of Chinese social science academic journals under the background of the current era from the micro level, analyzing the influence caused by the current research management system, and providing a basis for the cultivation of ecological environment conducive to the healthy development of academic journals. [ Method/Process] Taking the academic journals belonging to the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences as the object of study, the research explores the dilemma in reality from the three aspects of the academic influence, the source channel and the working state. [ Re- suit/Conclusion] As the market mechanism is still not perfect, to create a favorable environment for academic journals, temporarily imple- menting the planned regulation to maintain the balance of academic development and actively exploring effective academic standardization are feasible ways to adopt.
