骨性关节炎早期关节软骨损伤的MR研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着社会日趋老龄化,骨性关节炎(OA)的发生率越来越高。由于OA早期病变为关节软骨损伤,因此早期、有效诊断软骨损伤是临床预防、延缓OA发生的前提,而MR是诊断关节软骨损伤的重要手段。综述MR不同成像技术对关节软骨损伤的诊断价值。 With the aging society, the incidence of osteoarthritis (OA) is higher and higher.Because of the early pathological changes of OA is articular cartilage damage ,early and effective diagnosis is the precondition for the clinical carti-lage injury and delay OA occurred , while MR is an important means of diagnosis of articular cartilage injury .In this paper , the article reviewed the diagnostic value of MR different imaging techniques for articular cartilage injury .
