总结了"十二五"以来我国炼油工业所取得的成就及产业特点.分析了"新常态"下存在的问题和面临的形势,对"十三五"期间我国炼油工业的发展趋势进行了预测,并就如何促进炼油工业结构调整和转型发展提出建议。
The main achinvement of China＇s refining industry during the 12thFive-Year Plan period is summarized. The main problems and current situation are analyzed, and the development trend of China＇s refining industryduring the 13th Five-Year Plan is forecasted. Some suggestiongs forstructural adjustmentand transformational development of China＇ s refining industry are put forward.
