摘要
采用氢氧化钠碱浸回收电解锰阳极泥中的硒,考察氢氧化钠浓度、浸出温度、液固比、浸出时间和搅拌速度等对硒浸出率的影响,并在此基础上研究了超声辅助强化浸出的效果。结果表明,超声辅助强化浸出可以降低浸出温度,缩短反应时间,并能有效提高硒的浸出率。当超声功率为500 W时,60℃反应50min,硒的浸出率达到96.11%。
Selenium was recycled from electrolytic manganese anode slime by alkaline leaching.The effects of sodium hydroxide concentration,leaching temperature,ratio of liquid to solid,leaching time and stirring speed on selenium leaching rate were investigated.The ultrasonic extraction experiments were applied to reinforce alkaline leaching based on the result of single factor experiments.The results show that ultrasonic extraction can improve selenium leaching rate,reduce leaching temperature and time.Selenium leaching rate is 96.11% under the conditions including ultrasonic power of 500 W,ultrasonic time of 50 min,and temperature of 60 ℃.
