摘要
通过探索性实验研究了三聚磷酸钠交联木薯淀粉的合成方法,对三聚磷酸钠交联木薯淀粉胶粘剂的性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,加入三聚磷酸钠制备的环保型胶粘剂具有耐水性和稳定性好、粘结能力强等特点。用响应曲面法对合成条件进行了优化,确定最佳反应条件为:过氧化氢为2.18g、氢氧化钠为2.91g、交联剂三聚磷酸钠用量为0.25g,催化剂为淀粉用量的0.33%,并用红外光谱仪对产品结构进行了分析。
Preparation methods and physic chemical properties of sodium polyphosphate crosslinked cassava starch were investigated with exploratory experiments and response surface methodology (RSM). The results showed that the ad- hesives added by crosslinking agent (STPP) had good stability, water resistance and bonding ability. Response surface methodology was utilized for optimization the reactive conditions. The optimum values of these factors were found to be as follows:the oxygenate amount was 7.3%, sodium hydroxide dosage was 9.7%, the catalyst amount was 0.33%, the crosslinker amount was 0.25g,and the structure of the resin was characterized by FT IR.
