摘要
以普通陶瓷坯体为样本,设计正交试验,研究了钾长石、钠长石、硅灰石和滑石4种熔剂对轻质多孔陶瓷的容重、断裂模数以及综合形貌等方面的影响规律。研究结果表明:硅灰石对轻质多孔陶瓷容重、断裂模数影响最大,钾长石对综合形貌影响最大。最终确定了最优配方,制得了陶瓷容重为0.82g/cm3,断裂模数为8.3MPa的轻质多孔陶瓷,其气孔大小均匀,以0.2~0.5mm的闭气孔为主。
The influence of potash feldspar, sodium feldspar, wollastonite and talc on the bulk density, rupture modulus and composite morphology of light porous ceramics were investigated through the orthogonal test. The results showed the wollastonite had the greatest influence on bulk density and rupture modulus, while the potassium feldspar had greatest influence on integrated morphology. The lightweight porous ceramics with bulk density of 0.82 per cubic centimeter, rupture modulus of 8.3 MPa were prepared accompanied by mainly closed pores of 0.2-0.5 mm stomatal size with optimized formula.
