摘要
针对地域性和园林行业岗位需求,通过对园林树木课程多年教学实践的探索,分析《园林树木》课程相关的岗位及职业核心能力,紧密结合企业技术骨干对岗位技能的要求以及当前学生认知特点和工作逻辑性,使开发编写的高职高专《园林树木》校本教材,成为既能体现地域专业特色,又能满足企业工作岗位需求的校本教材。
Aiming to the regionalism and the demand of the landscape industry, the authors analyzed the jobs related to “landscape plants” course and professional core ability on the basis of many years teaching practices. The compilation of the teaching material of “landscape plants” in higher vocational colleges not only can reflect the local specialty feature, but also can meet the needs of the enterprise’s job requirements.
