摘要
将农村一二三产业融合发展的主要路径归结为按顺向融合方式延伸农业产业链、按逆向融合方式延伸农业产业链、农业产业化集群型融合、农业功能拓展型融合和服务业引领型融合等5条路径,可辨识农村一二三产业融合发展与发展乡镇企业、发展农业产业化的关系。在此基础上,可将推进农村一二三产业融合的主要着力点放在3个方面,即完善农村一二三产业融合发展的利益联结机制、搭建农村一二三产业融合发展增强创新能力的平台、创新农村服务业发展理念和体制机制。
Based on case analysis, we conclude five paths of industrial integrated development among primary, secondary and terti- ary industries in rural china, such as integrated development by agricultural industrial chain forward extending, the agricultural indus- trial chain reverse extending, agricultural industrialization clustering, agricultural functional extending, and service industries leading or driving. Meanwhile, we identify the relations among the integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and the township enterprises development and agricultural industrialization. So we put forward the view that there are three key points to promote industrial integrated development among the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural China, namely, improve the profit linkage mechanism, set up innovation platform to improve creative ability, update the development concept and system mecha- nism of rural service.
